GoGo Kicks and Free Pizza for a Year Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter of this competition is Pizza Go Go Limited, whose registered office is located at Unit 6 Teakcroft, Fairview Industrial Park, Marsh Way, Rainham, RM13 8UH.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or older, except employees of Pizza Go Go Limited and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other requirements set forth by Pizza Go Go Limited.
4. The competition period is from 11:00 on 1st July 2023 to 23:59 on 30th September 2023. Any entries received before or after this period will not be considered.
5. To be eligible to enter the competition, participants must place a completed online order at www.pizzagogo.co.uk or through the official Pizza Go Go app available on Android and iOS during the competition period. Any cancelled or refunded order will result in the corresponding entry being removed.
6. The available prize is an Exclusive pair of Go Go Kicks and 1 year of free pizza. There will be 1 winner per participating store who will get both the mentioned prizes, and there are 55 participating stores. A list of participating stores can be seen below.
7. The Go Go Kicks prize is a pair of Nike Air Force 1 trainers, personalized with the Pizza Go Go branding by Noneofzero.com. Please note that this promotion is in no way connected or affiliated with Nike. The design and customization of the Nike Air Force 1 trainers are the responsibility of Noneofzero.com, and Pizza Go Go Limited does not assume any liability or responsibility for the design, quality, or performance of the footwear.
8. The Go Go Kicks are subject to availability. In the event that they are not available for any reason, the winner will be offered a cash alternative of £100, paid by bank transfer at the sole discretion of Pizza Go Go Limited.
9. The 1 year of free pizza prize consists of 52 vouchers, equivalent to 1 small pizza per week, to be used at the winner's nominated store. The vouchers can only be redeemed in-store and are not available for delivery. The winner can redeem the vouchers anytime within the 12-month validity period. A maximum of 3 vouchers can be redeemed on any single day. There is no cash alternative for the 1 year of free pizza.
10. Winners of prizes agree to participate in promotional activity on Pizza Go Go's social media channels, including but not limited to providing photographs, videos, and testimonials, which may be used for marketing purposes.
11. There is no limit to the number of entries permitted during the promotional period. One free entry is granted for every completed order when the code AF1XXX is entered at checkout. Entering the code AF1XXX confirms the participant's entry to the competition and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date, and the winner will be notified via email or phone within 28 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Pizza Go Go Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
13. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Pizza Go Go Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Pizza Go Go Limited's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information by Pizza Go Go Limited for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with Pizza Go Go Limited's Privacy Policy.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
